Methodology of Feedback Collection, Analysis and Action

Any institution that is serious about quality takes stakeholder feedback seriously and strives to continually improve upon and breach the benchmarks set by itself. It is with this motive, We collect structured feedback from all stakeholders viz-a-viz., Students, Teachers, Alumni and Employers.

Students feedback on curriculum, student satisfaction survey, students feedback on teachers are collected through the students portal Vidyaan. Teachers' feedback, alumni feedback and employers feedback are collected using Google forms.

Feedback from all stakeholders are analysed and the reports are sent to the departments to prepare an action plan. The departments convene a meeting of student representatives and teachers to draft an action plan for subsequent curricular revision. During subsequent curricular revision, the action plan prepared on the basis of feedback collected is given due consideration and all feasible suggestions are incorporated into the revised curriculum.

The revised curriculum is passed in the respective Board of Studies with representations from students, alumni and industry, in addition to subject experts and university nominee. After the conclusion of the Board of Studies, the action taken report is submitted to IQAC for uploading in the institutional website.
